Not legal advice
This tool provides general information about EU AI Act compliance. It is not legal advice, and using it does not create an attorney-client or other professional relationship. We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or currency of any classification or report generated. Consult qualified legal counsel before relying on this content for a regulatory filing, audit defense, or other formal purpose.
1. What aiactaudit.ai is
aiactaudit.ai is an informational and educational tool that helps you understand how the EU AI Act may apply to an AI system you describe to it. It produces a risk-classification result and, for purchased reports, a gap analysis against applicable obligations.
This is general information, not a professional service performed for you. It is not legal advice.
2. No professional relationship
Using the wizard, purchasing a report, or otherwise using this site does not create an attorney-client relationship, a consulting relationship, or any other professional or fiduciary relationship between you and aiactaudit.ai or its operators.
3. No guarantee of accuracy or completeness
Classifications and reports are generated against a maintained knowledge base of the EU AI Act text and related delegated/implementing acts, versioned and displayed on every result (see the source/version stamp). The law, its interpretation, and official guidance continue to evolve, and any tool can be wrong or out of date. We do not guarantee that a classification or report is complete, accurate, or current, and we do not guarantee any particular regulatory outcome from relying on it.
Always verify a classification or report with qualified legal counsel before relying on it for a regulatory filing, an audit defense, or any other formal or high-stakes purpose.
4. Purchases
A gap report is a one-time purchase tied to a single completed wizard session. Payment is processed by a third-party hosted checkout provider; we do not receive or store your full card details. See our Privacy Policy for how session and payment-related data is handled.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service: no attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, no submitting content you don't have the right to submit, and no using outputs in a way that misrepresents them as a substitute for qualified legal advice to a third party.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, aiactaudit.ai and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any regulatory, financial, or reputational consequences, arising from your use of or reliance on a classification or report.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the EU member state in which the operating entity is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. [To be finalized with the operating entity's registered jurisdiction as part of legal counsel review.]
